The Lodge: Senior Living Apartments

We have 71 senior apartments, each one allowing the residents to furnish it and make it their own. Available in studio, one-bedroom and deluxe layouts, here are some of the many features you can expect from The Lodge.

The Village at St. Charles: Independent Living Cottages

The Village at St. Charles provides our residents with beautiful independent living cottages nestled in a cozy wooded setting. Here are just some of the features you can look forward to enjoying in our cottages.

Eat-in kitchens, with electric range and refrigerator
Separate laundry rooms furnished with a washer and dryer
Spacious living rooms
Bathrooms equipped with safety features
Attached garages with additional storage space
Patios or screened-in porches to enjoy the outdoors
Central air-conditioning and electric heat
All interior and exterior maintenance of the cottage
Maintenance of all Village-owned appliances including range, refrigerator, disposal, washer and dryer
Trash collection, yard maintenance and snow removal
Choose between one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom with a den floor plans

Additional supportive living services:

Private Duty Nursing Services

St. Charles is licensed to provide Private Duty Nursing Services. Through this license, residents may receive assistance with bathing, dressing and medication reminders for a nominal fee.

Therapy and Other Services

Residents of St. Charles also have access to physical, occupational, speech and massage therapies in addition to laboratory and podiatry services.

Senior Living Respite

The Lodge at St. Charles offers a temporary home away from home in our beautifully appointed respite apartments. If you or an older loved one need help after a stay in the hospital or for times when the family caregiver is away, our short-term respite stays can be your solution. Our fully-furnished respite apartments are available by the day, week or month. Respite residents have access to all the services available at the Lodge including Private Duty Nursing.
